Optimism vs. Pessimism

Peel everything away. Get down to brass tacks. Fundamentally this election, even more than the past elections is about optimism vs. pessimism.  If you side with the Romney-Ryan-Right you are an optimist, but if you support the Obama-Biden-Left you are a pessimist. I do not know about you, but I would rather be right.

If you support Obama and the left then you are satisfied that capitalism, freedom, and America in general will continue to diminish in scope, in influence and in the hearts of all people on earth. The lefties are satisfied that the USA will go the way of European Socialists countries, satisfied that people will soon have “…no hope, no freedom, no pride in achievement,” as Thomas Peterffy says in his short one minute commercial. See Peterffy’s commercial, click here.

But if you support Romney and the right then you know and feel that we can once again become the country that runs rings around all other, much older countries on this earth. As far as achievement, innovation and industry and even on the intellectual and spiritual-well-being planes America has always been on top. Obama and the left continually try to take the US down a peg or two. They have succeeded somewhat in the past, especially the recent past they have attempted this,  click here to see video of Obama’s apology tour. This apology tour and Obama’s speeches on foreign soils were among the first actions that he took right after he became president.

My fellow Americans, when you go to the polls on November 6, I hope you have the mindset of an optimist. If you have the mindset of a pessimist I hope you keep it to yourself and stay home.
